3D Beaded Orchid Bolo
Pattern and Kit!
You can now make your own 3D Beaded Orchid Bolo! The Pattern is a14 page, full color, step-by-step instruction booklet The Beaded Orchid Bolos are NOT really bolo ties. They are not adjustable, except when you are making them. The Kit comes with a 36 inch satin cord, and you can put the Orchid on the cord wherever you want. The Orchid its self is about 3 and 1/4 inches tall and 3 and 1/4 inches wide. You can easily change the length of the necklace part. Not sure which to buy! Learn More |
| I use a variation of a square stitch. This Orchid Bolo pattern is done in this style. The stitch I use is quicker and softer than Peyote or Brick stitch. The difference is that with Peyote and Brick stitch the beads are added one at a time and stacked like bricks, as the stitch implies. With my square stitch the beads are added four at a time and are stacked like loom work, one directly on top of the other. The square stitch I use is different and is also called an off loom stitch. |
